Todd Martin has always had a passion for cars and the automotive industry. This passion led him to attending professional automotive business schools, such as acquiring a business diploma from the Canadian Automotive Marketing Institute of Barrie Ontario and graduating with honors with an Automotive Marketing degree from Northwood University of Texas.
From that point and on, Todd Martin has been proud to serve in the retail automotive industry. Working with marques such as MINI, FORD, VW, GM, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Jaguar; Todd has held senior positions in most facets of the automotive retail industry; from marketing manager to general sales manager and senior sales trainer, etc. Todd’s vast sales knowledge and experience have allowed him to find his one true passion….Its to train, mentor and coach automotive mindset individuals. This passion encourages him to coach, mentor and organizing employees; providing them with a solid strategic sales foundation. For Todd, watching his students perform, grow and succeed are proud, personal career achievements.
Todd’s experience encompasses over 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He has been blessed to have trained hundreds of wonderful sales representatives and managers. Todd’s focus, direction, and success has been the ‘buy-in’ from highly trained sales representatives and mangers all marching in the same direction, with one common goal; committing to the POSITION TO WIN Sales Process.
