PROGRAM

Program    Purpose

This training platform is an ‘individual-specific’ tutorial for that loyal, valued and competent representative that desires or needs improvement and wants to take things to the next level. This ONE on ONE Mentor program provides for an experienced, dedicated sales instructor with an undivided commitment on a one-to-one basis. The program is designed to identify the individual’s strengths and weaknesses; to capitalize on the strengths and remedy the weaknesses. Under this program, the individual’s historical data record and sales performance are analyzed and the necessary skill, technique and process modifications needed to improve the individual’s specific sales performance are made.
